3. AI Data Processing
Property details you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Google) for text generation. These providers process the data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your property data to train AI models. Generated content is stored in your account history and can be deleted at any time.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Exported files (PDF, TXT) are stored in Amazon S3 with encryption at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google) for text generation
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for billing
- Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Supabase) for hosting
- Law enforcement if required by law

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
