Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtyCopy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealtyCopy is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate real estate listing descriptions and social media captions. The Service processes property details through AI providers to produce text content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation consumes one credit. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan.

• New accounts receive 2 free trial credits
• Monthly plan credits do not carry over to the next month
• Yearly plan credits are allocated for the full year
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading property information
• Attempt to bypass credit limitations or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy and MLS compliance:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate
• You retain ownership of content generated using your property details
• We reserve the right to store generated content for service improvement

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned byRealtyCopy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Generated content based on your property data belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtyCopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party AI providers may experience downtime. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
